After recently relocating to the U.K., I had very little success when applying for a new position. I was then contacted by her once I uploaded my CV. I have worked for other recruitment agencies in the past but Reed has been the only one I felt pro-actively sought to find me a role that suited my experiences and skill set. Their recruitment agent (Tammy) took the time to get to know me in what felt like an informal chat but was actually a very professionally conducted interview where she found out all about me so as to focus her search for the ideal next post for me.
