I had lost the stone from my 50year old engagement ring took into here the lady was lovely gave me a quote which was exactly what it came to. They had to make 6 new claws to hold the sapphire in.
What a lovely lady. Took my jewellery in to be rhodium plated and she was so helpful and was happy to explain everything. I am going back with more jewellery to be resized and rhodium plated. I would recommend the services of this shop. My issue previously was my jewellery would be sent away for a couple of weeks, they do it on site and sometimes same day. Fabulous locally owned and run jewellers shop. The staff there are always friendly, knowlagable and very welcoming. They will always give you a great competitive price on purchases and repairs. I will always give them my custom. I've had many a lovely item of jewellry bought from here over the years as well as lots of ring resizing, clasps fixed and stones replaced.
Beautiful little jewellers. Has alot to offer you. If second hand puts you off, then this shop will change your mind. I only went in to have a look around and came out with a lovely bracelet for my dad and a casual but magnificent ring for my fiance. Very friendly and polite staff in there. Made conversation and had a lovely chat with them. Also they offered to polish the ring thoroughly before we took it off their hands. Very beautiful jewellry in there and there is something for everyone.
