Had a bad experience with ring resizing at another jewellers and Goldcraft have done an amazing repair of the disaster job that had been done. Highly recommend.
Poor customer service and pricing- took a watch in to have a battery replaced and links changed, They were unable to replace the battery and still charged me ? On a different occasion I also had a bracelet taken in to have one section soldered and they simply did it on the wrong part. Wouldn’t recommend
We had a good experience recently going into GoldCraft the owner looked after our eighty six year old mother and made her feel comfortable with a cup of tea while me and my partner looked for a birthday present for his daughter. The owner took his time with us he got out different lengths and styles. He also took the time to find out what sort of jewellery would suit. We had a first class experience and we jewellery was not overpriced Thank you
Asked to make me a bespoke charm for my wife's bracelet. Results were better than I could have ever imagined, also ended up buying a new diamond ring from here. Nothing was too much trouble. Great experience and a happy wife. Will definitely be returning for her birthday. Thanks Gary ????
