I purchased a beautiful pair of earings from the store Christmas time and I had the most excellent service. Unfortunatley whilst on holiday I lost one. I purchased the insurance for £5 thankfully and was able to get them replaced. When I arrived in the store to collect I received a warm welcome and the lady who I dealt with originally to report them lost remembered me. I find this to be an exceptional service and can't thank all the staff enough.
