We used Hywel Anthony for both sale and purchase and can't recommend them highly enough. On the sale side, Anthony provided a professional valuation service and carefully outlined the options for selling our house, which made our decision easy. We opted to carry out the viewings ourselves, which suited us personally. Andrew took some first class photographs, designed accurate floor plans and provided us with helpful advice on how to go about undertaking viewings. This was very reassuring at the start of the process. We were sent no less than 14 viewing referrals within two days and received 9 offers by the end of the week, which enabled us to find the perfect buyer as fast as anyone could hope for. On the purchase side, we'd experienced issues elsewhere and I explained the situation to Hywel Anthony to see if they could help us out.
