Hoop would the best agency to work for (even though I have never worked for any agency before). The recruiters are very helpful, genuine and reachable. I was with them for 6 months and every process from application, recruitment to leaving the workplace was really smooth. They care for their employees and ensure we’re happy during our time with them. I recommended Hoop to two of my friends and they were quite happy to get them a job. James was my recruiter for the time being and was delightful to be in contact with.
Joined Hoop as a newly qualified social worker pending my registration, and Kate Bowen was able to secure me a post as a Social Work Assistant in the interim. If I wasn’t relocating I would definitely have stayed with Hoop! Kate has been friendly, efficient and proactive in ensuring I was able to continue working without a break from the end of my final Masters placement until I was ready to move. The registration process for Hoop was amazing. It was extremely straight forward and Carl Morris was on hand with any issues I had throughout the process. Carl was great to work with and he was able to answer any questions I had. The registration process was made so simple due to Carl’s friendliness and help throughout. I had a wonderful experience with Hoop Recruitment, especially Abbie Foster! She’s probably the most genuine and nicest person I’ve come across on a platform such as this. Always ready to help, didn’t matter if she was off from work or not she still made sure I was taken care of.
