Awful experience, paid a lot of money for VIP package after dream Boys, rubbish music and the table wasn’t ready for us so the bouncers had to move everyone as bar staff were so unhelpful and rude (the women) we had to clean the tables ourselves due to having alcohol all over them so extremely sticky. DJ also rude, others were asking for songs to be played and when we did he said 5 minutes and the song wasn’t played the whole night, we even asked again and he ignored us. The only positive of the night was the lovely bouncer on the door who apologised and made sure we were okay!! Do not recommend this place if you’re visiting Cardiff
Average club with terrible prices and the place is a state. Karma used to be the dirtiest club in town but since that shutdown this place takes the top spot. Floors were so sticky I had to leave one of my trainers behind. Not one member of staff was cleaning or making sure the area was safe. Dance floor was so small you couldn’t swing Warwick Davies in there. Bouncers we’re ok, typical guys who love control but to be fair they were ok with myself. Bathrooms were dreadful, you’re rubbing shoulders with every guy tryna release a stomach full of over priced double vodkas. Stairs are very unsafe and tucked away at the other end of the dance floor so you have to part the crowd like Moses half cut. There’s cheaper safer places to drink on the same strip so go elsewhere.
I had a very good experience with the staff at Pop World when I lost my bag. The communication from Becky was very quick and reliable. And my belongings were kept safe until collection. Thank you ????
Went to pop world a few weeks ago. My friend was dancing and having a good night. The bouncers pulled him out of venue and accused him of taking drugs!!! Tried to get in yesterday and would not let one of our party in because she looked drunk. We even offered for her to just drink water. So if you want to get drunk and have a good time DONT go to pop world. The door staff will not let you enjoy your self. Worse door staff ever!!! So judgemental!!!
