Lovely independent jewellers. Bought a couple of gold chains for my other half and have always been spot on. Had an old watch that needed repaired. Although he couldn’t do it himself he was very helpful in recommending a jewellers in Caerphilly.
Very rude man who works here, and does not deserve any business. I came in and asked about a chain, I then tried one on but it was longer than I was looking for. I then left the shop and said thank you and goodbye, with not a word in response.
I called to ask about engraving a watch for Christmas for my husband. The call was disconnected (or so I thought) when I called and said sorry we were disconnected and asked again about the watch... He just said you didn't buy it here did you? I said no I didn't. He said don't call again and hung up.
