Had my 9ct white gold ring re-plated one of my sapphires come out on my ring while they were re-plating they didn’t notice it was missing out of my ring when they given it back to me that’s not professional at all I had to tell them it was missing they fix it yes had to wait a few more days and the stone was a different colour when I had it back went to dark off colour blue to the other side massive difference in colour all I know it’s not even my stone that’s all through my head since that time! But now looking at my ring now It’s not level with the other sapphire on the other side of the ring! I had this done before Christmas! Do not let them touch your rings especially if they mean a lot to you!! I was emotional when I decided to have the plating done the woman knew how I was when handing it over to them it needed it so bad, it’s put me right off going anywhere ever again just let it turn yellow :( you ruined my ring!
Excellent range of jewellery, chains, watches and ornaments etc. Not the cheapest available, but I think very good quality, and you certainly get value for money. I'll certainly be going back, and have no problem recommending to friends and family
Service is soooo slow... even with 3 assistants working behind the counter... they seemed to think people have all day to wait. I left and went elsewhere. Far better service.
