I would like to say a big ‘Thank you’ today to Sharon for her excellent customer service. I called in to ask about making the bracelet bigger on my Gucci watch. She very kindly located 2 extra links that she fitted on site without having to send away my watch to Gucci. She exceeded my expectations!

Customer and general service not great. I dropped off a wedding band to be resized. I dropped off the item on the 26/06 they sent a tracking number. The item just sat in the work shop for 6 weeks. After I chased the item that said Oh do you authorised the repair, this was SIX WEEK after I took it in. Finished item was good but the item was only ready for collection on the 25/08. It took 2 months and I had to chase this up. Top tip if someone drops off an item call them back if you need permission don't wait for them to chase you. They replied to this and then took the reply off before I could act on it.
First didn’t had the watch I was looking for in stock , Promised they will check and call me back same day. 24 hours later still waiting no call. Then I Called their customer service someone picked the call and kept talking to someone else on other line. Kept waiting for 10 minutes but not bothered to even acknowledge that she picked the call. I hung up kept trying again, but understandably number kept going busy as she put the receiver aside.
