I have just collected my watch from Roberts Jewellers that needed the metal strap adjusting as it had previously belonged to my late father and as per the previous jobs I have taken there, an excellent job had been carried out. Not only was it to my wrist but it had been reversed as my father had been left handed and therefore the clasp opened the 'other' way. In addition this 50 year old watch had been cleaned and polished and looked almost new. I have received excellent service from Roberts Jewellers every time I have used their' services. The shop is a lovely, traditional experience and the work is carried out on the premises, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to deal with and their' prices are excellent. I have always had five star service regardless of the complexity of the job and I totally recommend Roberts Jewellers.

Roberts jewellers repaired a ring that was missing a stone, which was my mum's. They found the correct stone, and repaired the ring. It looks as good as new and the price was very reasonable too. I would highly recommend this jewellers.

I can highly recommend Roberts Jewellers. I was having a watch battery replaced when I mentioned to Mr Roberts that I had another watch but it had stopped working and I had previously been told it was not repairable. He said to bring it in and he would see what could be done. The watch was quickly repaired for a very reasonable cost and is now working perfectly again. Excellent customer service and first class craftsmanship.
