My parcel has gone missing and I have had no reply after emailing them on their admin address. Their telephone number is not legit and goes to an automated reply from a telephone management company.
Dreadful company my parcel was left in a communal area even though there are instructions not to and it went missing I thought it would be okay as Webpets seem like a reasonable company...boy was I wrong the are rude, ignorant, unsympathetic, the person I spoke to started swearing at me and telling me to get off the phone as there we're more important customers waiting I couldn't believe what I was hearing they just kept hanging up on me even though I was polite, take my advice and STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
