Lianne and Clare recently assisted us with the sale of a property. The advice we received was always clear and the communication was excellent. My response to the response from the owner: The purpose of me leaving a review like this was to highlight an issue that I had with your services, so that you could address problems with your service delivery. Instead of taking the feedback on board, you have implied that I am lying about my experience. The reason I phoned ahead of coming down to your offices was as a professional courtesy, as I worked in the legal profession for a number of years. On my last call to your offices, I was once again told that there was no solicitor available to assist and that they would call me back. I expressed my dissatisfaction with how things had been handled to the lady I was talking to on the phone, and I explained that it was the third time I had attempted to make an arrangement by telephone, and that I had been offered a call back before to no avail. She was unapologetic and explained that because you don´t charge much for the service I was requesting it was not really a priority. So, its not so much that you don´t have a record of me phoning, but more the case that you could not be bothered to arrange a call back for something you would only charge a nominal fee for. Original review: I have made three attempts to get a very basic endorsement on a photo for applying for a personal licence. Originally I was told there would be a solicitor that could do it for me but that they would need to phone me back with availability. No one got back to me. I have followed up since and each time I am told that there is no one available to help me. Very poor service. I was thinking about allocating some further legal work to you guys but given that you can't even do a basic photo endorsement for me, I think it will be a hard pass for me.
Unfortunately, I needed a solicitor in a bit of a crisis, Martyn Prowel provided one amazing service too myself, one which I will never forget. Catherine Thompson stood by my side for 5 months guiding me through anything I needed and gave me honest answers to any question I asked. She would explain it to me in a nice simple format which I understood. This lady is my Hero. She is one extraordinary Solicitor. Too her she was just doing her job, too me she gave me back my life after an agonising time. I believed Catherine done her Job with great professionalism. Anne is also very helpful she would often tell me when is best to contact Catherine as she is very busy and was always on hand to help out. I called these solicitors after a long hunt .. I will go straight to them in future. They pulled out all the stops. I spoke on the Wednesday and everything needed to be resolved by Saturday. We'd got a solution by Friday All the way throw with my experience was that they really try to work for you and are professional and knowledgeable ..I live in Devon and it wasn't difficult at all we had a teams meeting it all felt personal… I can totally recommend them ..thank you so much for all your help
