    Although I only have a small claim being dealt for me I find it impossible to have any contact with anyone numerous calls or emails never answered. Recieved a email 3 months after claim to say person dealing with the case was now in a different department someone else looking after it managed to get a call to a operator was told I would get a call from person dealing with my case within 2 hours that was 8 weeks ago still nothing have sent more emails again nothing Dreadful service

    Been handling my personal injury claim. Been on going 3 years now and was told 3-4 months ago it’s nearly over and just waiting for a in house expert to look over my case. 3-4 months later and still nothing. Complained multiple times and still no closer. It’s as if they are trying to make as much as they are trying to drag it out for some reason. Not to mention I had to contact with my old case handler for over 15 months and I’m now on my third one. An update, I had someone pick up my case due to my review. No change in service hands down the worse company you can deal with. Lies upon lies with no progression. I’m in pain daily due to my accident and need the money from my claim to be able to retrain. No care or sympathy, just seems they really want to drag this out as long as possible to make as much as they can off my legal cover.

    Had a brilliant experience and service from Slater and Gordon. Helped me when I needed it the most and advised me all the way through my case, been very helpful. I must add Sophie and her team have been briliant, will use this service. I would rate more stars if it was a option. Thank you.

    Seemed great to start, now I've no clue what's going on and can't seem to be able to talk to anyone, or even get replies to my emails. Was told Maria would call me back the next Tuesday and that was at least 2 months ago. Would just really love to be better informed, know what's happening or even really any communication at this point. Stressful having no clue.
