So pleased I picked TVC for my house move. Kim, Joel and the team offered a fantastic service. It was both professional and personal with such attention to detail. Kim was always available on the phone to go though everything leading up to the day. Joel and the boys were brilliant will all our possessions, taking the time to stack everything carefully in the vans and when emptying the other end they didn't rush me into decisions regarding which rooms the boxes went into. They even made sure there was plenty of floor space left for me to set up the beds on the first night in our new house. Also loved the bag of moving-in goodies. I couldn't fault these guys at all and they made what could have been an difficult move of 200miles into a stress free experience. Thank you so much for being just what I needed at a daunting time for us with such a big move.
Highly recommended. I cannot praise TVC removals enough. From initial contact where everything was clearly explained, clear communication throughout the booking process to the hard working, diligent and professional (as well as friendly chat!) team who packed and moved. There was not one complaint from the team as they dealt with a lift-less second floor flat, key delays and the freezing cold. They are excellent value for money for the service they offer. TVC Removals are exceptional for house removals and packing supply needs. The staff are hard-working, organised, kind, efficient and meticulous and take the stress out of moving house. Care is taken to protect carpet and delicate items, items are boxed meticulously (if you request this service) and the team take the time to explain things calmly and clearly, and are polite and sensitive at a highly stressful time, which makes you feel at ease. I was grateful for this on moving day when there was so much to think about! The team were brilliant and I'd highly recommend TVC! Family run business with strong morals and a care for people and the community.
TVC provided us with an excellent service on a recent long distance move. The team were friendly while being hugely professional throughout. Our move was quick and efficient but our items were loaded carefully to avoid any damage. I hope we won’t be moving again soon, but we would use TVC again without hesitation. I couldn’t recommend TVC removals enough! From calling for a quote to moving day they are absolutely amazing. They made me feel really relaxed about the move. They gave packing tips, and they go the extra mile to uninstall and install your white goods which was super handy for us. They unloaded the vans so quickly in the new house that we had plenty of time to unpack and not work late into the evening! If you think of using anyone for your removals, definitely use TVC!
