These guys had been superb from beginning to end. Due to covid we had a video call to have a quote which was extraordinary reasonable. And on the day they arrived early at 8:30am and professionally packed my home into the van. And then the carnage began….When we arrived at our new home we found out the previous owners drove away the keys, and didn’t have a van booked for 1pm and hadn’t packed anything. The guys were amazing and remained calm during the whole process and rallied around even helping to sweep the floor ( as it was a mess) and even assisted in moving the previous owners belongings and mess out of the house. We eventually moved in and the guys stayed for the duration and supported us through a horrific ordeal. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Top notch ????
Bolt removals were AMAZING! From the initial quotation, to communication through the process they were friendly professional and obviously very experienced. We moved from Cardiff to Shropshire, they turned up with 4 vans, 5 men and were on time on both days. They were helpful, friendly and extremely professional. I couldn’t recommend them more highly and they were the most competitive price too. They made the whole experience stress free and I would definitely use them again in the future and encourage others to do the same.
After talking to a few companies, getting quotes and reading lots of reviews, we decided to go with Bolt Removals for our house move. We definitely made the right decision. Our chain was complicated. Our first date fell through and we had a few almost dates after that, until our final set date. All through this uncertainty, the team at Bolt Removals were understanding and helpful. When we eventually had our date, the team turned up bright and early, and were all so lovely and very professional and good at what they do. We felt like all our belongings were in really safe hands. We had another complication in our chain on moving day, and the team were so great and helpful and we eventually got in the next day. Unloading was no different. The team asked where we wanted everything and again everything felt in safe hands. I'm never moving again, but if I did, I'd be calling Bolt Removals!
Bolt were incredible. They arrived promptly at 7am and had our 4 bedroom house with garage and garden packed up in 2 hours. They were responsive to our requests and incredibly understanding and reassuring when it came to particular furniture that was fragile. They were friendly throughout and had great communication. I highly recommend!
We needed to move all our stuff into storage for 2 weeks then on to a new house. From start to finish Bolt were professional and helpful. The quote was via a video call which was a sensible way to do it. It was the packing up that was most impressive though. They came the day before to pack most things up and were incredibly respectful, polite and friendly. They took care to ask about things we hadn't thought about such as kids toys we needed etc. Storage was good value, they didn't take advantage of our situation like some of the prices others wanted to charge. Moving back in then likewise we had the same experience.
