Absolutely appalled by the level of care my Nan has received. Some carers are fantastic, really take the time to make sure my Nan's needs are met but others just want to get in and out in the least amount of time possible. Constantly turning up 2-3 hours late, sometimes not turning up at all. Better customer service at Karen's restaurant from the Office staff. Avoid at all costs
Sometimes don't turn up for mother, some carers are fantastic others wouldn't leave my dog with them. Office staff don't try and report anything because you will get attitude and a promise that they will investigate. You will not hear a thing unless you chase them up. When certain carers are there my family will not call in to see mam.
Shocking company and managment . Absolutely appalled by the standard of the managment . Carers themselves are amazing and thrown in the deep end with no care plan passed on by managment . Little or no training . Giving medication out without being level 3 or even a level 2 . I feel for these workers having managment like this
Bunch of cowboys! The care my mother received was appalling! Carers would attend 3 times a day and sign daily log then leave, no care provided, didn't make my mother any food. My mother was locked in the house one day and the carer made my mother pass the log book through the window to sign. The final straw was when they put my mother's pet dog eye drops in my mother's eyes ???? AVOID!
