Amazing service from Mark at Sunny Vale Waste Removal. I had some hardcore I needed to be taken away after some house renovations. I messaged Sunny Vale and they were out the same evening to give me a quote and within the week mark came and got rid of it all for me. they were on time polite and a great price compared to other companies! I’d rang and messaged several local waste collection companies in the run up to contacting Sunny Vale, and had no response. If I was completely honest, I was expecting the same in this case - I was wrong. My e-Mail was replied to within 15 minutes (on a Sunday too). We weren’t able to arrange a site visit so I sent photos of what I needed collecting. A price was quoted, which I saw as fair - I had nothing to compare it against as no other companies had come back to me, but sometimes it comes down to more than price. The collection was arranged. The collection took place quickly, with no issues. They arrived before the time arranged and cracked on with what I’d left in my front garden. Dean and Mark came across really professional and friendly. I’d definitely recommend them and and lining them up for another job soon. Don’t waste your time with any other local companies.
