A Very reliable and genuine dealer I have been extremely impressed by the service I have received during and after the purchase of a Mercedes E class. When I went to view and test drive the car, I was not put under any pressure to buy. I was given the keys and was able to inspect the vehicle and have a test drive at my leisure. I went ahead with the purchase, there were a few minor issues with the car, however, Shane assured me that these would be put right before I collect the car. Sure enough everything was sorted and I was more than happy with my purchase. It was unfortunate that the engine management light came on when I was driving home after collecting the car. After a phone call, I was again assured that the problem would be fixed. As I agreed that I didn't need a courtesy car, Shane arranged for the car to be collected from my house to carry out the repairs and return it to my house. I now have full confidence in Gwent Car Sales and they certainly live up to the high standards they claim. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Gwent Car Sales to purchase your next car. I purchased a Land Rover Discovery from Gwent Car Sales in November. The customer service I received from Dan was professional, fair and extremely reasonable. The car delivered upto Sheffield as described in excellent condition. The car did develop a fault which was paid for under warranty no quibble.
