Bought my first UK car here. All deal take less than 1 hour, all documents where fine. Very friendly staff answer on every possible question. Car goes smoothly and it comes with warranty, which helped to take final decision.
Dodgy car dealer. Bought a Merc from them and Muhammad and assured me that everything is ok with thw car .After 2 days convertible roof stopped working. Started calling them and they started to give me advise to take fuses out etc. After ivestigating it I discovered that hey already tried that and could not fix it so decided to sell it. Turns out that the PSE pump was broken because of water leaking into the car. It cost me £1465 to fix it.Guess what they never told me about it either. Moreover assured me that the roof is not leaking. After health check of the car it came back with A4 list of repairs I will have to deal with. Yes Muhammad this is how tou treat your customers. You lie to them and use tons of plack to to cover breakyard quality. Remember Karma always comes back and will kick you in the... at some point. Meanwhile I'll be takling legal actions against you and your dodgy business. Avoid Muhammand and his car sales at all cost amd assurance or warranty given by them is worth less than zero. The AA warranty they give covers exactly ZERO. If you come across any of their adds just turn round and walk away otherwise you will end up loosing your money and lots of problems
Cardiff car sales are the best in uk trust me I bought my first car with them and this is my second car no issues always there to help you for anything I will definitely recommend to buy your car from them without any hesitation as whole team is very cooperative and honest with their commitment. I was very hesitant about buying from another car sales outlet as I have had very bad experiences with them before. However, I read some excellent reviews online about Cardiff Car Sales and the people who own & run it, so I decided to pay them a visit as they had the very car that I was looking for. I was met by Mohammed who I found to be a very bubbly person. No pressure from Mohammed at all and was very open and honest, and so I parted with £4,000 for my Citroën DS3 D-Sport. Halfway home I discovered that the horn did not work, and so I rang to let them know that the car had a problem. Straight away Mohammed told me to bring it back today, and he would get it sorted at a garage. I took the car down today and Mohammed took the car to a garage just down the road. After about 30 minutes he returned with the car and the horn sorted. Nothing was too much trouble and Mohammed and his lovely Father were absolutely fantastic. They are Friendly, Professional and better than any other car sales dealer I have ever dealt with...........it was a pleasure, and we will be paying another visit very soon as my wife also wants a change of vehicle, and she has seen one that Mohammed has for sale. I have to say that if you want the very best experience in buying a car from a dealer and without having to worry whether they are crooks or not, then go and see Mohammed at Cardiff Car Sales...........you will not be disappointed as they are 2nd to none. I would like to offer my sincere apologies to Mohammed for this incredibly late review. What with Covid and work I haven't had a chance to stop for long enough to write a decent review, until now. So here goes. My wife and I travelled from Scotland to Cardiff Car Sales to pick up a rare Mazda. Mohammed had the only 1 available for sale. I can honestly say that it was worth the drive down. He kept in contact through phone calls and texts. When we got there the car was ready and waiting. Beautifully presented, with a full tank of fuel. Fully serviced and freshly Mot'd. 6mts warranty was extended to 1yr along with 1yrs AA cover. We were even offered lunch. The service we got was beyond 1st class. So I have had the car for almost 1yr now (told you it was a late review) and the only thing it has needed was a front tyre. The car hasn't missed a beat. Mohammed has continued to keep in touch, his after sales care is exemplary. He's got a genuine concern for his customers and repeat business. Top bloke and a top business. Thanks for looking after us. It has always been greatly appreciated and won't be forgotten.
