After several months looking at kitchen suppliers, we decided Danny and his team, had the best design, and the best quality units and accessories. The design service was excellent, and nothing was to much trouble. It’s worth a visit to the Artisan showroom, as it opens up a whole different view of what your kitchen could be like. When it came to Installation, Danny himself fitted it, and an excellent job he did as well. Nothing was to much trouble and any snags were dealt with quickly and without any issues. We have ended up with a fabulous design which we love !
I am super happy with my new Nobila German kitchen. The quality is excellent, very stylish, good AEG appliances and I am particularly pleased with my Decton worktop, practical, durable, beautiful design and cut. Danny has been professional, knowledgeable and patient as we decided on the final kitchen, the installation was quick, efficient and professional done mainly by Danny and his son. Both Danny and Andy who own Artisan, were kitchen installers previously so they know the ins and outs of all the issues that can arise. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt well looked after, even though there was a longer than hoped for lead time in the kitchen and appliances delivery, not made easier by generally experienced supply issues resulting from C19 lockdowns etc. We were particularly impressed by Caitlin, their excellent young designer, who produced a novel kitchen design, not remotely equalled by other British kitchen companies. The combined kitchen expertise, design skills and German style and quality make Artisan Interiors stand out head and shoulders among kitchen companies! The price range is anywhere from medium to higher depending on the brand and chosen styles, so not the cheapest but well worth the money. I expect to have many years of great enjoyment out of our kitchen.
Quality product and Service, it's true what they say 'You only get what you pay for'. Since having the kitchen fitted I have contacted Danny to ask silly question in regards to fridge filters etc... he has taken time out to not only purchase them on my behalf but he also called over my house to show me how to install them !!! We have recently extended our property and with the kitchen being such a focal point and a significant investment it was imperative to find the right kitchen. The kitchen needed to enhance our property and the way we used the space. It needed to be a design which excited us, exceptional quality from a reputable supplier. We spent many weeks researching various kitchens and we visited different suppliers and it took a long time to find something that really hit the spot. Then we discovered Artisan Interiors. The initial design process was undertaken during a lockdown period but we utilised a shared Pinterest board where were able to post ideas that we liked / didn’t like and this was used as a starting point for the design. From this and an online consultation Rebecca was able to quickly capture our taste and our requirements in her design. Rebecca looked at things from a different perspective on how we would use the space and the flow of traffic in the area and this was integral to her design to ensure that it was both striking design but also practical. In fact there was very little tweaking from the initial design – it was spot on. Both Andy and Danny were also very knowledgeable, accommodating and patient whilst we chose the materials and we got a lot of inspiration from visiting the showroom. In fact, the whole Artisan team are very personable, approachable and nothing was ever too much trouble. The subsequent quote and cost breakdown was itemised and transparent so this could be tweaked to work within budget. Communication between the point of ordering and supply / fit was brilliant which was appreciated as the kitchen installation had a knock-on affect of other areas of the project. Due to the pandemic, there were issues with supply of some appliances but Artisan thought outside to box and was proactive in finding a solution. The kitchen fitter, Nathan, was firstly reliable, punctual and extremely professional. It became clear from the outset than he was skilled craftsman, thorough and a complete perfectionist. He done an amazing job and we did not have one complaint with the end result You can also be reassured by Artisan After sales care . Since the kitchen has been fitted, we had an very minor issue with the odd door prong not working, but Artisan have been very responsive and resolved in a timely manner. It is because of this that I would full heartedly recommend Artisan interiors and would not hesitate in using them again in future projects.
