I was reticent to get help cleaning my home for years. Now I wish I’d found MyStell earlier. Very lovely people who always arrive on the dot and leave the place sparkling in just an hour. It’s really taken a load off me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Even the dog is happy!

We had our first monthly clean by MyStell and we were very impressed. They were professional and did a very thorough job. They were considerate, quiet and detailed. The house looked great and smelled wonderful after the clean. Would highly recommend them!
Used this company for specific end of tenancy clean. The cleaning itself was good but I felt they took advantage of strapped and desperate students (other cleaning firm had to cancel at the last minute) they quoted £300 for 3 cleaners (9 hr job) and yet it took 2 cleaners 6 hours but they still charged £300. £50 an hour for cleaning isn't the going rate... Once questioned they did bring the price down to £280 but I still feel they took advantage.
